We launched with one truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're family-owned, so if something isn't right, it's our responsibility, and we sort it out that same day.
I track the schedule on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we say Tuesday morning, that's exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.
